Margaret Gormley, (County Councillor), Carrowloughlin, Bunninadden, Ballymote, Co. Sligo, peacefully at her residence. Reposing at her residence today until 9pm. Removal on Monday to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bunninadden, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon with the funeral proceeding to Cloonameehan Cemetery. Family flowers only. Requiem mass on Tuesday morning in Saint Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon followed by Interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. Removal from Fowley’s Funeral Home, Dromahair on Tuesday to St. Mary’s Church, Killenummery arriving at 8.30pm. Funeral mass on Wednesday at 11.30am followed by burial in Carrowcrin Cemetery.
Peter Cooney, Knocknarea, Co. Sligo. Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Reposing at his home on Monday from 2pm until 9pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday at 11am in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Ransboro, Co. Sligo. Burial follows in St.Patricks Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Rd., Sligo.
