Diaspora town hall meeting to take place in Donegal

Donegal is pressing ahead with plans to further develop its relationship with those abroad who have links to the county.

It’s part of the Donegal diaspora plan, launched last year.

Minister of State for the Diaspora Ciaran Cannon has announced that he and the Tanaiste will be hosting town hall meetings in Galway, Cork, Mayo and Donegal to hear views on how the diaspora policy can be promoted more.

The Donegal meeting is expected to take place on May 20th.

Head of Enterprise in Donegal Michael Tunney has been telling Ocean FM News what’s in store.
