Gardai and the emergency services are at the scene of a crash on the outskirts of Sligo Town.
The single vehicle collision happened at around 12:30pm this afternoon close to the Caltragh Roundabout.
The southbound slip road off the roundabout is closed however Gardai says the dual carriage is and will remain open.
They are asking motorists to avoid the area if possible this afternoon until the crash is cleared.
It’s not yet known the extent of the injuries of those involved.
