Plans to introduce new arrangements for the border in Ireland and the possibility of new tariffs being imposed on Irish products to the UK will have massive ramifications on the agri-food sector.
That’s according to the Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Agriculture, Charlie Mc Conalogue.
The Donegal TD is calling on Europe to issue a swift response to allow goods to travel freely between the Republic and Northern Ireland.
Deputy Mc Conalogue has also called on Irish government to reveal its own responses to the latest Brexit developments.
