The Cara Bundoran Run is back again for 2019. The events kicks off next Friday 8th of March with a 5k. The main event, the 10k and 10 mile is on Saturday 9th, with a 21k Time Trial Cycle on Sunday the 10th March. Race Director Eamon Harvey spoke with Francie Boylan.
