A Sligo Sinn Fein councillor says the housing grants allocation for 2019 needs to prioritised by The Department of Housing.
Councillor Chris MacManus says the Department of Housing needs to release funding for Housing Adaptation Grants as early as possible.
He says this will allow Sligo County Council determine whether it can re-open the Housing Aid for Older People Scheme.
