Over flowing bottle banks in Leitrim are doing serious damage to the County’s tourism industry.
The issue of overflowing bottle banks was discussed recently at a Manorhamilton Municipal District meeting of Leitrim County Council.
Fine Gael Councillor Frank Dolan says the issue was particularly serious in Dromahair over the holiday period and the Newtownmanor based Councillor also expressed his disappointment with people that continued to leave bottles at the bank despite it already overflowing.
