The ESB is working to restore power to homes impacted by strong winds last night.
Most of the power cuts were in the west and northwest, with just over 300 premises currently affected this morning.
Collooney, Gurteen and Enniscrone in Co. Sligo and Manorhamilton in Co. Leitrim are affected with power expected to return between 2.30pm and 3pm this afternoon.
Fallen trees blocked roads across the North West region during the stormy weather, with Sligo County Council and the AA reporting a number of incidents.
