Padraig McGowan, ‘St Martins ‘, Rathscanlon, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo. Remains reposing in the Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry until 6pm today and again on Monday from 12 noon with removal at 1pm to arrive in St John Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry for Requiem Mass at 1.30pm, with the funeral afterwards to St Nathy’s Cemetery Collooney. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to North West Hospice, Sligo c /o John Brennan Funeral Director, Cloonacool.

 

Sean Dixon, known as Seany, Preston, Lancashire, England. Son of Andy and Kitty (nee Devitt) and brother to Andrew and Angi. A funeral service will be held in Preston. Mary Philomena Wynne, Cornamuckla North, Ballinaglera, Dowra Co Leitrim. At Aras Bride, Drumkeeran. Remains will be reposing at Aras Bride, Drumkeeran today until 6pm followed by removal of remains to St Hugh’s Church Ballinaglera arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon followed by burial in Fahy Cemetery.

 

 

Elizabeth McDermot, (née Keown) known as Ailish, Railway Road, Station Road, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal and formerly of Killybig, Garrison, Co. Fermanagh. Peacefully, at the Sheil Hospital, Ballyshannon, in her 96th year. Sister of Patricia O Reilly, Station Road, Ballyshannon. Removal from the Shiel Hospital on Monday at 10.30am to arrive at St. Josephs Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with interment in St. Clare’s Cemetry, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim at approximately 1pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the Shiel Hospital Patients Comfort Fund c/o Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors or any family member.

 

Maureen Connolly, nee Henry, Tonaphubble, Sligo and formerly of Ballytivnan, Sligo. Peacefully at her residence. Reposing at her residence, Tonaphubble, this evening until 8pm. Funeral will arrive to St.Anne’s Church, Sligo on Monday at 11am for Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in Sligo cemetery. House private outside of reposing times please. Thomas Monaghan, Lettercran, Pettigo, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at North West Hospice, Sligo. Removal from his residence on Monday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Lettercran for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Matilda (Tillie) Phillips, (nee Scott), St. Edwards Tce, Sligo. Peacefully at Mowlam Nursing Home. Reposing at Foley & Mc Gowan’s  funeral home, Market Yard, Sligo on Monday  evening from 5.30pm to 7pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery. House private please. Fr. Dan Sheridan, P.P Killeshandra. Peacefully at College View Nursing Home, Cavan. Reposing in St. Brigid’s Church, Killeshandra on Monday from 4 to 8pm and on Tuesday from 12 to 7pm. Funeral Mass at 12 noon in St. Brigid’s Church on Wednesday followed by burial in Glangevlin. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Palliative Care, Cavan.

May (Mary) Kennedy, Nee Waugh , Kilraine Glenties and formerly of Frosses, Co.Donegal. Her remains will repose at her late residence in Kilraine, Glenties from 8pm today. Removal from there on Tuesday morning at 11.30am to St.Connells church Glenties for requiem mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilraine Graveyard. May she Rest In Peace.
