The man arrested in relation to the death of a woman in Donegal is due to appear before a Special Sitting of Sligo District Court this evening.
27 year old mother of two, Jasmine McMonagle, was pronounced dead at her home in Forest Park Estate, Killygordon, Co. Donegal yesterday morning.
A man in his 20’s was subsequently arrested and detained at Letterkenny garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
A special sitting is to take place at 8pm this evening at Sligo District Court charged in connection to the case.
