Sligo Para-cyclist wins World Cup silver



Sligo’s Martin Gordon is celebrating the biggest success of his paracycling career to date.

The 33–year old Dublin-based barrister, who is visually impaired, won silver for Ireland in the men’s Tandem sprint event at the Word Cup series in London.

He and his racing partner Eamonn Byrne set a new Irish 200 metres sprint record in the process.
