Donegal Sinn Féin TD Pearse Doherty has described the payments to junior bondholders “a betrayal”.
The Taoiseach has rejected an opposition claim that he’s “Roll-over Leo” when it comes to Anglo bondholders.
Leo Varadkar has said the state will be the largest beneficiary from the liquidation of the former Anglo Irish Bank.
As part of the deal unsecured bondholders will also be paid.
Deputy Doherty has asked the Taoiseach what steps he is taking to ensure they he delivers on his promise that bond holders wont be paid.
