Gardai seeking the public’s assistance in recovering stolen sculpture



Gardai in Grange are seeking the public’s support after a large bronze sculpture was stolen over the weekend from the main car park in Drumcliffe.

 

The sculpture which forms part of a larger piece displaying the poem by WB Yeats , “He wishes for the cloths of heaven” is believed to have been taken over the course of the weekend.

 

Jarlath Gantly is chairperson of the Drumcliffe Development Association.  He says the sculpture was stolen at some stage over the weekend
