Jim McGuinness to continue his soccer career in the USA.
The former Donegal All-Ireland winning manager has been given his first head coach role in soccer. He’s signed a three year-contract with the Charlotte Independence in North Carolina, who play in the United Soccer League.
Since leaving gaelic football management in 2014, McGuinness has spent time coaching underage sides at Celtic, and more recently had a spell working in China.
