County Sligo Golf Club Choir Male Voice Choir and the Sligo Academy of Music present a special evening of Christmas Music in Summerhill College.

A Coffee Morning will take place in Herrons Cove, Creevy, Ballyshannon on Saturday 8th December from 11.30am until 3.30pm in aid of NW Hospice.  All welcome and bring a friend. Generous Raffle on the day.

Donegal Abbey Singers Annual Christmas Concert don’t miss it. Christmas is not complete without choral singing so come and join us for a joyful celebration of the season, with well known carols and songs that span the ages. The choir will perform it’s annual Christmas concert in the Abbey Hotel on  Thursday 13th December @ 8pm  (Doors opening @ 7.30pm). This year we are delighted, once again, to be joined by members of the talented Tir Chonaill Youth Choir. Admission €10. Ct Electric and all Electrical Wholesalers across the Country are holding a Coffee Morning this Friday 7th of December all day in aid of the Sean Cox Recovery Fund. The Liverpool fan who was brutally assualted in an unprovoked attack after a game against AS Roma. All welcome.

The Coláiste Cholmcille Parents’ Association invite you to Christmas Bingo in the Great Northern Hotel on Sunday December 9th at 3pm. The prize fund is a whopping €2360, with a final jackpot game of €1000. The Manorhamilton Wild Rose Festival Committee present the Comedy Duo, ‘The 2 Johnnies’ in the Community Centre Manorhamilton this Saturday night 8th of December from 8pm to 10pm. Shave Off for Grovember in Memory of Seamus Carway takes place on Saturday 8th December in Castledargan Hotel, Ballygawley. There are over 65 men from over Sligo/Leitrim and further afield getting hairy in memory of Seamus for Sligo Cancer Support Centre. Come along to the ‘Shave Off’ and enjoy entertainment, food, music and lots of spot prizes on the night.

Leitrim Cares Christmas Spinathon on Saturday 8th December from 9am on Main Street Car Park, Drumshanbo.  All monies raised will go directly to Brother Kevin Crowley OFM for the needs of the homeless

Dromahair Development Association/Tidy Towns invite everyone to a public consultation with Billy Flynn at The Depot on Thursday 6th December at 7.30pm.  Billy is helping to create a 3 year plan of actions and initiatives that will help to make Dromahair a better place to live. All opinions and ideas would be greatly appreciated on the night.
