Gardaí have seized a quantity of cannabis herb in Sligo.
It’s part of ongoing investigations in the region and follows the seizure of cannabis in Ballymote in October.
The latest is part of an investigation in the Ballinode area of Sligo where Gardaí searched a house on the 5th of November and found cannabis worth €10,000.
No arrests have been made at this time and Gardaí say they are following a definite line of enquiry.
Investigations into the sale and supply of drugs in the Sligo/Leitrim area are continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact any Garda Station.
