Marie Elizabeth Treacy, nee Boland, formerly of Carranurlar, Castleconnor, Co Sligo. Passed away on October 4th, aged 86 years. Funeral service at Our Lady Queen of Peace,  St John’s, Worcester, England, on Friday, November 2nd at 1pm.

 

Tina Finnerty (nee Cawley) Lacken, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo. At Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross, Dublin. Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home Ballina this evening from 6pm with removal at 8.30pm to the Church of Our Lady Assumed into Heaven, Enniscrone, arriving at 9pm. Requim mass on Sunday at 1.30pm with burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross, Dublin c/o Mc Gowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina.

 

Mary Agnes Langton, 10 Hazelgrove, Maugheraboy, Co. Sligo and formerly of Coradoo, Culfadda, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at the Rosses Unit, St John’s Hospital, Sligo in her 95th year.  Predeceased by her brothers Paddy and Bertie.  Removal today to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo for prayers at 5pm. Arriving at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church, Culfadda this evening at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 2pm with burial afterwards in Knockbrack Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Rosses Unit, St John’s Hospital, Sligo.

 

Anne Murphy, nee Gillespie. 45 The Glebe, Donegal Town and formerly of Carrick, Co. Donegal. Predeceased by her late husband Matthew.  Mother of Maureen Neal, Meenacally, Donegal Town. Reposing at her home this evening from 7pm to 10pm and on Sunday from 2pm to 8pm.  Removal on Monday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town for 11am funeral mass with interment afterwards in St. Columbus Church Cemetery, Carrick, Co. Bridie Gilligan, nee Gilgan, Lecarrow, Strandhill, Co.Sligo, Peacefully at the Nazareth Nursing Home, Churc Hill, Sligo. Reposing in her son Michael and daughter-in-law Mary’s residence, Lecarrow, Strandhill until 7pm today and 3pm to 7pm on Sunday. Removal from her home on Monday to St Patrick’s Church Strandhill to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 10.30am. Burial to follow in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. House private to family on Monday morning please. Family flowers only. Mary (Baby) Curran, née Cryan, Carrownadargney, Geevagh, Co. Sligo.  At the Nazareth House Nursing Home, Sligo.  Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, today from 4.30pm until 6.30pm.  Removal to St. Joseph’s Church, Geevagh arriving at 7pm.  Mass of Christian Burial on Sunday at 12.30pm.  Interment afterwards in Corrig Cemetery. Bridie Meehan. Leiter, Killybegs, Co. Donegal.  Remains reposing at her residence until 11pm today. Removal on Sunday at 1.30pm to St. Mary’s Church, Killybegs for 2pm Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. House private on the morning of the funeral.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Friends of Letterkenny University Hospital.

 

Jack Jordan, Keelogs, Inver, Co. Donegal.  Peacefully at his residence.  Remains will be reposing at his late residence today until 10pm, and on Sunday from 10am until 10pm.  Removal from there on Monday morning to St. Nauls Church, Ardaghey for 11am funeral mass, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to the Palliative Care at Donegal Town Community Hospital, c/o Gallagher Funeral Directors Mountcharles or any family member.  A one way system will operate at the wake, entry via Inver Bridge and exit on the Glenties or Ardara roads.
