Proposed route from Killybegs to Glencolmcille down to three options



The options for a proposed new route between Killybegs and Glencolmcille in south Donegal have now been narrowed down from eight to three.

 

It’s hoped public consultation will start at the end of next month as part of the process to choose one of the three remaining options, which will include a new bridge at Fintra.

 

Yesterday, south Donegal councillors met with engineering consultants Roughan and O’Donovan to get an update on the project.
