The HSE has launched a new alcohol awareness effort in and around Sligo town.
It involves health promotion signs about low-risk drinking guidelines being placed at bottle banks.
Sean O Connor, coordinator of the North West Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force, says it’s hoped to educate people about the links between alcohol and health.
