Rent prices have increaed across the North West.
According to Daft.ie’s 2nd Quarter report, prices have risen in Leitrim by 6.1% compared to the start of the year to €557.
In Sligo, the average rent price has also risen by 6.1% to €698 while Donegal sees the smallest increase of 1.7% to €605.
Leitrim remains the cheapest county to rent and the only one under the €600 mark.
Nationwide prices have increased by 12.4% bringing the average rent to €1,304 meaning the North West, while rising, remains the cheapest region to rent in the country.
