Gavin Jones, 8 Dorrins Strand, Strandhill, County Sligo. Suddenly in Hanoi, Vietnam. Reposing at the family residence at 8 Dorrins Strand from 12 noon until 8pm. Funeral will arrive to St. John`s Cathedral, John Street, Sligo, on Saturday for funeral service at 12 noon. Private cremation will take place in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, on Sunday. Family flowers only donations to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust care of the Foley & McGowan Funeral Home.

 

Micheál Davitt, Inish Temple, Kinlough, County Leitrim, and formerly Boyle, County Roscommon, and London. Suddenly at Sligo University Hospital. Remains reposing at Our Lady’s Hospital Chapel, Manorhamilton, from 5pm to 7pm with removal to the Church of the Annunciation, Mullies, to arrive at 7.30pm. Funeral mass on Saturday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Mary Melly, nee O’Brien, formerly of Manger, Belleek, and late of Rockfield Close, Belleek, County Fermanagh. Peacefully in her 90th year. Requiem mass at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the Alzheimer’s Society, care of Patsy McCauley Funeral Director or any family member. Family time this morning.

 

John (Celtic) Cassidy, Leghowney, Donegal Town. Reposing at the home of his nephew Shane Cassidy, Leghowney. Removal at 10.30am to St. Agatha’s Church, Clár, for 11am funeral mass, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Clár Conference, St Vincent De Paul, care of any family member. House private this morning please.

 

Michael Devaney, Ballinacarrick House, Ballintra, County Donegal, at his residence. Reposing at his residence. Removal to St Bridget’s Church, Ballintra, for 3pm funeral mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only please. House private. Donations in lieu of flowers to Solace, Donegal Town, care of any family member.

 

Anne Fogarty, nee Stewart, 10 Doulton Close, Beechwood, Birkenhead, Liverpool. Formerly of Mullinavarnoge, Belcoo, County Fermanagh. Sister of Tom Stewart. Removal from John McKeegan Funeral Home, Mill Street, Enniskillen, at 10am on Saturday to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Holywell, Belcoo, County Fermanagh for 11am funeral mass with interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Martin (Yoshi) Murrin, 2 Cranmore Drive, Sligo. Peacefully after a short illness at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at his home in Cranmore from 9am to 11am. Removal to St. Anne’s Church arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon. Private cremation follows. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to The North West Hospice care of Feehily’s Funeral Home, Sligo.

 

 

 

Eileen Kenny, nee Ruane, Main Street, Enniscrone, Co Sligo. Peacefully at University Hospital, Sligo. Remains reposing at her residence this Friday evening from 5pm with removal at 8pm to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Enniscrone, arriving at 8:30pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow Saturday at 12 noon with burial afterward in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the Irish Guide Dogs Association, C/o Gallagher’s Funeral Directors, Bonniconlon.
