Manorhamilton’s Rob Spratt will undertake the Connemara 100 Mile Road Race between August 11th and 12th. All in aid of STOP Suicide. Just over 30 people will take part in this endurance event with a cut off time of 30 hours. Rob spoke with Francie about the event, how training has been going and more.
