A man accussed of killing a man in Sligo Town earlier this year is due in court today.
20 year old Jimmy Loughlin was found dead at a house at Connolly Street in February.
31-year-old Richard McLoughlin is charged with the murder on February 24th this year.
At a previous sitting of Sligo District Court this month, Judge Kevin Kilraine remanded McLoughlin in custody in his absence to appear at today’s court.
The court was informed at that sitting that McLoughlin is currently in the Central Mental Hospital in Dundrum.
At today’s court sitting a book of evidence is due to be served on Richard McLoughlin.
