The event has two main aims, one being to promote health and wellbeing in our community and also to act as a fundraiser for our underage teams.”
St. Mary’s GAA Club will be launching the event on Friday, July 20, at 9pm in the Clubhouse at Kent Park in Ballydoogan and all members of the community are invited, especially those who are not involved in the club but have an interest in fitness or improving their health.
There will be some special guests attending on the night to give some advice and tips on the benefits of exercise and suggested training plans.
