Controversial electronic sheep tagging scheme highlighted by IFA



The controversial electronic sheep tagging scheme was an issued highlighted by the President of the IFA Joe Healy at the Sheep 2018 event in Athenry over the weekend.

He warned that it will cost €2m for farmers per year.

Farmers are looking for a subvention on the scheme.
