More than 1,000 people are taking part today in the 5th annual Camino Walk through counties Leitrim and Sligo.
The 36 kilometre route from Dromahair, Co Leitrim to Coolaney, Co Sligo, goes through some of the finest scenery in the west of Ireland.
It’s a mixture of tracks, trails and forest paths, and is a fundraiser for community projects in Coolaney, Co Sligo.
Among those on the walk this afternoon is Sligo councillor, Dara Mulvey, from Coolaney.
He spoke to Ocean FM News from near Slish Wood, in Sligo.
