A Sligo councillor says rural areas of the county are being left behind when it comes to employment.
Last month almost 400 new jobs were announced for Sligo Town.
Outsourcing company Abtran announced they were creating 350 new jobs, while software company E3 announced 40 new jobs for the town.
But Cllr Joe Queenan said that rural villages in Sligo are not seeing any job creation or economic development:
