Marian Harkin says size of constituency is a factor in her decision to run again



A North West MEP says the size of the constituency will be a factor in her decision to run again.

Marian Harkin has been an MEP since 2004.

Speaking on North West Today, she said she is considering whether to run again or not but she says there are major challenges there now with the size of the european constituencies.

She says she has not made up her mind if she will run again in next year’s european elections for the huge Midlands North West area which takes in 15 counties:
