There are 28 patients on trolleys in Sligo and Letterkenny today.
Today’s figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation shows there are 17 patients on trolleys at Sligo University Hospital.
There are a further 11 waiting admission at Letterkenny University Hospital.
However, the HSE’s figures show that as of 8am this morning these figures were down to 7 and 9 respectively and that only 3 of these patients had been waiting over 9 hours.
