Sinn Fein’s finance spokeperson has said that reports claiming his party and Fine Gael are cosying up to each other are far-fetched.
In the last number of months a Sinn Fein senator has said her party is willing to enter coalition talks with Fine Gael.
While Fine Gael Minister Jim Daly said that he has “no ideological objection” to Sinn Fein being in government, a suggestion that resulted in a party backlash.
But Donegal TD Pearse Doherty says any talk of a Sinn Fein/Fine Gael government is “far fetched”….
