The RNLI have praised the quick thinking of a group of kayakers after a woman was rescued in Co Donegal yesterday.
The female kayaker got into difficulty between Rossnowlagh and Creevy Pier yesterday evening.
She was out with a group when her kayak capsized. The other kayakers raised the alarm just after 8pm.
The Bundoran Lifeboat and the Coastguard helicopter were quickly on the scene, the woman was then taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
