Sligo man seeks apology from Catholic Church for ‘destroying’ his father’s family



Well-known Sligo singer, Georgie Gorman, had four aunts who worked in Magdalene Laundries in Sligo town. It was one aspect of how his father’s family was separated and torn apart by Catholic Church authorities when his grandfather died at a young age. Now he wants a Church apology for what they did to his father
