Michael J Fox, formerly of Tracey Avenue and Joe McDonnell Drive, Sligo. Passed on 17th May. Funeral to be held on 31st May in London at Lambeth Crematorium at 3:30pm, with ‘Afters’ at the Bread and Roses, Clapham.


Baby Shania Duncan, Lignanornig, Ballintra, Co Donegal. Daughter of Robert Duncan and Shannon Downey. Funeral service in Drumholm Parish Church at 1pm today, followed by burial in Drumholm graveyard.  Family flowers only please.  Donations in lieu if so desired to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin or to Temple Street Children’s University Hospital care of George Irwin Funeral Directors or any family member.



Anthony Mannion, Cloughboley, Ballinfull, County Sligo. Remains to arrive at St Patrick’s church Maugherow today for Requiem Mass at 3pm. Burial afterwards in Carrigans cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to North West Hospice Sligo.


Thomas Haran, Claragh, Lavagh, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Remains reposing in the Church View Funeral Home, Collooney today from 12pm with removal at 1.30pm to St. Fechin and Lassra Church, Ballincarrow arriving for 2pm Funeral Mass, followed by burial in St. Nathy’s Cemetery, Collooney. Teresa Jackson (Nee McMorrow), Essex, England and Late of Lavally, Ballintogher, Co. Sligo. Sister of Gertie Keegan, New Street, Sligo. Mass at 1pm on Sunday in the Church of the Assumption, Sooey, Co Sligo. Burial of Ashes afterwards in Ballinakill Cemetery. Jack Heaney, Correvan, Blacklion, Co Cavan. Reposing at his residence from 12 noon until 8pm today.  Funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church Glenfarne on Sunday at 12pm followed by private cremation.  House private on Sunday morning please.
