Failte Ireland have said that businesses in the Northwest can expect an increase in British tourist numbers in the coming months.
There was a drop in UK visitors in 2017.
Preliminary figures from Fáilte Ireland showed that 245,000 fewer British tourists visited last year than in 2016.
But Fáilte Ireland’s Head of Research Caeman Wall says the outlook is better for the rest of this year:
