A Sligo/Leitrim TD has said that farmers are becoming increasingly concerned about Brexit.

It comes after a potential post Brexit ban on the export of live animals for slaughter moved a step closer.

Britains Environment Secretary, Michael Gove, said the move would help give animals the “respect and care they deserve.
