Mark Begley, Killorglin, Co Kerry, formerly of Main Street, Pettigo, Co. Donegal. Remains reposing in his parents’ home on Main Street, Pettigo from 11am on Saturday morning. Removal of remains on Sunday at 10.45am to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Pettigo for requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery. House private on morning of removal please. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Pieta House c/o any family member or Pat Britton Funeral Director, Pettigo.
Denis Ward, known as Dinny, late of 21 Ernedale Heights, Ballyshannon, Co Donegal. Peacefully at the Northwest Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Reposing today from 7pm to 10pm at his son Michael and daughter-in-law Donna’s residence, The Acres, Ballyshannon, and on Friday from 10am to 10pm with removal on Saturday from 10am to arrive at St Patricks Church, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the Northwest Hospice, The Mall, Sligo c/o Patrick McKenna, Funeral Directors, Ballyshannon or any family member. A One way system will operate during the wake entering via the Ballyshannon Rossnowlagh road and exiting via the Creevy Rossnowlagh road.

Alice O Connell, (nee Gillooly), Circular Road, Sligo. Peacefully in St.Phelims Nursing Home, Dromahair, Co.Leitrim in her 98th year. Reposing at The Foley &McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Friday evening from 6pm until 7:30pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at11:30am with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery. House Private Please.
