Sligo Rugby Club have been nominated for three categories for this season’s Connacht Rugby Awards.
The club has been shortlisted for the Club of the Year award after winning Division 2C of the All-Ireland League and the Connacht Senior Cup, as well as seeing their development team reach the Connacht Junior Cup final.
Senior team coach Ross Mannion has been nominated for the coach of the year award, while Manu Parkin is among the nominees in the Senior Club Player of the Year category.
The winners of all of the awards will be announced at a ceremony in Galway on Sunday, May 6.
