James (Jimmy) White, 9 Castlegrove, Ballymote and formerly Drumcormack, Ballymote, Co Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at Ballymote Community Nursing Home today from 5:30pm to 8pm. Funeral mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, on Friday at 12 noon followed by burial in St Columba’s Cemetery, Carrownanty.

 

 

Gracie Breslin, late of West Port, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at The Rock Nursing Unit, Ballyshannon. Retired staff member of the North-western Health Board. Reposing at her late residence today until 10pm with removal on Friday morning at 10.30am to arrive at The Rock Church, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with internment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired to The Rock Nursing Unit Patients’ Comfort Fund, c/o Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors, Ballyshannon.

 

 

Kathleen Ferguson, 163 Lattone Road, Mullan, Belcoo, Co Fermanagh. Peacefully at her home. Reposing at her residence until Friday morning. Removal on Friday morning at 10:15am to St Patrick’s Church, Holywell, Belcoo, for 11am funeral Mass with burial afterward in the adjoining cemetery. House private on Friday morning please. Martin Costello, Crozon Downes, Sligo. Formerly of Tishmaine, Carraroe, Connemara, Co. Galway, Peacefully at the North West Hospice Sligo. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo from 5:30pm on Friday with removal at 6:30pm to Saint Anne’s Church, Sligo, to arrive at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon on Saturday, Burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery.

 

 

Kevin Cawley, Sr., The Bridge, Strandhill, Co Sligo. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing at The Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral Home this evening from 5:30pm to 7pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Co. Sligo at 2pm on Friday for Mass of the Resurrection, with funeral proceeding to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Co.Sligo. House strictly private please. Family flowers only. Reposing at the County Care Home on Friday from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to St Patrick’s Church, Holywell, Belcoo arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am followed by interment in St Joseph’s Cemetery, Cashel.

 

Mary Curristan (nee McGrane) Ballykillowen, Donegal. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at her home today from 2pm until 9pm.Removal on Friday for 11am Funeral Mass in St Agatha’s Church Clar with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Brian Hynes, John St. Sligo and late of Donnybrook, Dublin. Unexpectedly at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo from 5.00pm to 6.30pm on Friday. Mass of the resurrection at 12.00 noon on Saturday in St. John’s Church, Carraroe. Burial follows in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo.

 

Brendan Kiernan Grange, Co Sligo. Husband of Helen Kilfeather. Peacefully at Sligo University hospital. Remains reposing at his home today from 2pm to 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the church of Mary Immaculate Grange to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Rathcormac cemetery. House strictly private on Saturday morning please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Oncology unit at Sligo University hospital.
