Donegal only county to see fall in house prices in Q1 2018



Co. Donegal is the only county to see a fall in house prices according to the latest daft.ie report, with a house costing on average €139,352.

The county has seen a fall of 2.1% in the first quarter of 2018 which continues the downward trend as Donegal was the only county to see a fall in prices for 2017 as a whole.

Elsewhere in the region, house prices have risen by 2% in Leitrim with the average cost of a house being €123,534, and Sligo has seen a rise of 5%, with a house costing on average €133,305
