A row has broken out between a member of Leitrim County Council and a member of Donegal County Council over claims that Donegal are hindering development in North Leitrim. Justin Warnock claims Donegal Council have shown no interest in developing Lennox’s Bridge between Bundoran and Kinlough, and has been tackled on-air on the issue by Donegal Cllr Barry O’Neill
