The spokesperson for the Jewish Representative Council of Ireland, Yanky Fachler, has said yesterday’s controversial reference to Joseph Goebbels cannot just be passed off as a throwaway remark. Mr Fachler has called for more sensitivity in the Dail, after Deputy MacSharry used Goebbels’ name to refer to the launch of the Government’s National Planning Framework
