Locals outraged at plans to downgrade Donegal Town Garda Station



Residents of Donegal Town insist they will strongly resist Garda management proposals to reduce the opening hours of their local Garda Station from 24 hours to 6 hours per day. The Mayor of Donegal, Pauric Kennedy, has condemned the proposal as ridiculous, while the Vice Chairman of the Community Chamber, Ernan McGettigan, says there’s outrage at the plan
