Leo Varadkar says it is alive and well and people were being too negative when they talk about the country.
Following Eir’s withdrawal from the bid process for the National Broadband Plan, there are fears high speed internet won’t be delivered to many rural areas.
However the Taoiseach says lots is being done to develop all of Ireland:
