Gardai have confirmed that a cyclist has died in Donegal.
The man in his 40s lost his life after he was involved in a collision with a car at about 4pm near Gortahork.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The stretch of road at Ards Beg is closed (9pm Friday).
Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
