Sligo is to get a new Presbyterian church minister.
David Clarke will be installed during a special ceremony tomorrow afternoon.
He will succeed long-serving Rev Alan Mitchell, who has retired.
The new minister is David Clarke, a 35-year old single man, who is a pharmacist by profession.
He was youth worker in Kilkenny before entering the church ministry.
Albert Higgins, from Sligo, is clerk-of-session with the Presbyterian Church.
