Weather warning in place in Donegal until 11am

Storm Dylan is moving away from Ireland but there’s still a risk of coastal flooding.

The storm has battered parts of Ulster, Connacht and north Leinster overnight with gusts of up to 130 kilometres an hour.

A status yellow weather warning remains in place for Co. Donegal until 11am this morning.

Motorists are urged to watch out for debris and localised flooding.

Met Eireann’s Liz Walsh says winds will die down during the day.
