Remains reposing at the Shiel Hospital mortuary, Ballyshannon, from 5:30pm to 6:45pm today, with removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon, for 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 11am, with burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Ballyshannon. Donations to North West Hospice care of Conlon & Breslin Funeral Directors, Bundoran.

 

Kathleen Buckley, nee Dodd, Strandhill Road, Sligo, peacefully at Mowlam Healthcare, Sligo. Reposing at Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, from 5.30pm today. Removal at 6.30pm to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, arriving at 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am on Wednesday. Burial follows in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road. House private please.

 

Roddy Feeney, Castletown, Drumcliffe, County Sligo. Peacefully at his home. Remains reposing at his home today until 10pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Colmcille’s Church, Rathcormac, to arrive for requiem mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Drumcliffe Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the North West Hospice or the oncology unit at Sligo University Hospital.

 

Anne Jones, Cloonagher, Bornacoola, County Leitrim, and formerly of ‘Longford Lodge’, Darney Heights, Bruckless, County Donegal, peacefully at the residence of her nephew, David Jones, in her 96th year. Remains reposing at the residence of her nephew, Cloonagher, Bornacoola, today until 10pm with remains to arrive at St. Paul’s Church of Ireland, Newtownforbes, County Longford, on Wednesday for funeral service at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards to the adjoining churchyard.

 

Alice Brennan, nee McTernan, Pennsylvania, USA, and formerly of Mullaghmore, Killargue, Dromahair, County Leitrim. Sister of Maureen McGurrin, Larkfield, Killargue; Joe McTernan, Mullaghmore, Killargue; Michael McTernan, Carrowkeel, Ballisodare; Ann O’Rourke, Kilcossy, Dromahair; and Breege Coggins, Rathcormac, Sligo. Requiem mass in St. Bridget’s Church, Killargue, on Wednesday at 7pm. Alice will be interred in Pennsylvania.

Remains reposing at the residence of her daughter Margaret and son-in-law Peter Coleman, Knockanarrow, today until 8pm. Jessica Mc Hugh, Summy, Portnoo. Peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital. Beloved daughter of Peter and Louise McHugh. Funeral from her home  on Wednesday afternoon at 12.30 to St Conal’s Church,  Kilclooney for 1pm funeral mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Remains will arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, on Wednesday for funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in St. Columba’s Cemetery. House private please.

 

 

Mary McGirr, nee Rynne, Ballykillone, Donegal Town, formerly Main Street, Laghey, and Park, Kinlough, Co Leitrim. Peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital. Remains reposing at her residence in Ballykillone on Wednesday from 11am to 9pm. Funeral from there on Thursday morning at 10.15am to St Agatha’s Church, Clar, for 11am Requim Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. House private on Thursday morning please. There will be a shuttle bus in operation to the wake house from the Copany Rovers Car Park, Ballykillone.
