The Budget Meeting of Sligo County Council has heard that the contingent liability for the Council in the Lissadell right of way court case is 3.68m euro. The Council has already paid out 2m in legal costs. The CEO of the Council, Ciaran Hayes, said he’s happy at having arrived at closure, and gives an indication of what lies ahead in Budget 2018
