McConalogue claims not one Donegal farmer has yet received flood compensation

Fianna Fail’s Agriculture spokesperson is claiming that not one farmer hit by flooding in Donegal last August has yet received a compensation payment.

Donegal Deputy Charlie McConalogue also says some farmers have been excluded from the compensation scheme that was announced by Minister Michael Creed.
