Relegated Harps looking to end on a high

After the high hopes of staying in the Premier Division for a third successive season has come to an end, Finn Harps will play their final game in the top flight for the next year at least when Ollie Horgan’s men travel to take on Bohemians at Dalymount Park on tomorrow night (kick-off 7.45).

After a very poor run of results recently Horgan and Paul Hegarty will still want to finish the campaign with a positive result despite being relegated last weekend. That will be a tall order against Bohs but Harps do have a decent record against the Dubliners this season who currently sit in a comfortable mid-table position. They did lose to Keith Long’s side at Dalymount but won the other league game and FAI Senior Cup tie against them at Finn Park. But it is the hosts who will be the favourites to finish the season on a high.

“Keith Long has done a good job at Bohemians and their results reflect that. We are going to Dalymount after very bad run recently so it is going to take some turnaround for us to get a draw or win there. We will battle to the end and hopefully we can get something out of the game. Ethan Boyle won’t be able to play because of the hamstring injury. Damian McNulty, Sean Houston and Paddy McCourt are all very doubtful. But we do have Eddie Dsane back after suspension.”

Injured: Ethan Boyle

Doubtful: Paddy McCourt, Damian McNulty, Sean Houston
